How can I by pass the BAS sensor?

I have been trouble shooting my CBR600RR 05 and I can find the reason of why the fuel pump does not prime

I check all the sensor, all of them look good.
I tested the fuel pump straight from the battery and it turns on and off.
I used a tester from the flug that goes to the fuel pump, and no power out of nether of connections, It only looks like it gets a little energy but not enough to start on the fuel pump.

If any body is close to San Diego, willing to give me some more tips please let me know.
It has been more than a week, and I cant get her to start on

Jump the outside wires on the 3 pin connector that the BAS plugs into on the bike side.

Just make sure if you determine that the BAS is the culprit to get a new one. I would not advise riding with it jumped. Big safety risk.
