Throttle stick from new grip

Installed new grips (Driven) and am getting a heavy/sticky throttle. The throttle tube moves freely without the grip and removing the bar end has no effect.

What's causing this and how do I fix it?

Is the grip completely on the throttle and not binding on the clip-on itself or the throttlw housing?

Does it move freely without the bar end on? If so get a washer for the bar end

It actually looks like I installed them wrong. Is the grip not suppose to go over the lip, thus leaving a very visible gap of the throttle tube?

Right now, the circled part is rubbing up against the clip on assembly, causing the grab.

If that part of the grip is rubbing on the clip-on, something is seriously fucked up, though the throttle tube wouldn't even be attached to the housing so you have nothing to worry about. You're probably just confusing the throttle with the clip-on.

The end of the grip should not go over the raised lip on the throttle tube, which leaves about .5cm gap between it and the throttle housing.
