05 thermostat location???

Is it in the center of the engine under the tank? Do I need to remove plastics and tank to replace seal? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Perfect, thanks I was wanting to make sure before I went into taking it off. Is it mandatory to drain the system before I do this replacement?

So no big deal just clean that, replace seals and refill sytem. should be pretty straight forward then. Thank you for your response and help. heading to garage now to do the work.
