Gilles help

Crashed a few weeks back and had something break on my brake side Gilles. The rivet type thing that holds the whole brake assembly and heal guard snapped.

Circled is where the rivet is:


From behind:



Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Looks to be a screw that snapped; never seen a rivet with that much counter-sink to it. Drill into the screw and use an E-Z out.
