Another Bike Wont Start Thread

Hey guys i was helping my friend put his battery back in his back after he got it charged since his bike woudlnt start and the cluster wouldnt come on. the bike has sitting around since october. Once i have the battery all hooked up the bike still wouldnt turn on. The first time i turned the key the cluster kinda turned on for a sec and the odometer shot up, and than nothing. bike wouldnt start and the cluster wouldnt even light up. so im assuming that the battery is dead? one thing i noticed tho was that the little clock on the bottom right of the bike turned on and that would display but nothing else?

He can get his battery load tested at any auto parts store to determine for sure if the battery
is usable or not

If it doesn't challange you it won't change you
