Re keying seat lock cylinder

I did a search and came up with nothing so I am gonna ask this question. I have an 03 600rr that the ignition, and gas cap keys are the same, but the subframe was swapped and the only lock cylinder I have for the rear seat does not work for it. Can I have the tumblers changed in the cylinder to match my key, or do I have to buy a whole new set/or carry around two keys? I would be more than happy to send out a key with the cylinder because nobody around me will do it (i've called around.) Thanks in advance for any input.

You should be able to re key the seat tumbler no problem.
