Help!!! Bike Bogging down!

I have read some old threads that people seem to have similar problems but no one seems to know what is wrong.

When I start a ride on my bike everything works fine, I can take off in the freeway as fast as i want with no problems, but after a while of riding it will start to bog down, and i don't get any power when i try to accelerate. Usually i will turn it off for a few minutes and it will be back to normal for a while then it will start doing it again. No warning light or anything will come on.

Any ideas/suggestions will help.

Bike is a 2006 CBR600rr.

How long is a few minutes? 5? 10? 15?

Could be the start of a dying coil...

this happened with my used bike when i first got it. i think it had something to do with the fuel lines fuel pump fuel filter being clogged. i bought some sea foam and it fixed the problem and now my bike is running fine
