rough idle?

I just recently bought this 03 and was kind of worried about the idle. It seems rough. I was just wondering if this idle is normal. I've attached a small clip. Some background information on the bike:

It's been sitting for maybe 6 to 8 months. I'm not sure if the previous owner started it up regularly.

It's been laid down once to my knowledge by the previous owner.

It has a power commander and a yoshi slip on.

At the time of this clip I just finished changing the oil.

It was actually more rough than this prior to the oil change.

At a cold start, it will idle rough like this then after about two minutes it will die out (is that normal).

it appears that the idle is below 1500 rpm?

specs are, aw crap, 1300, or 1500 rpm + or minus 200 rpm, at operating temperature (above 180f)

there should be a small idle adjustment knob on the left of the engine, useually clipped to the radiator hoses.

Tenjin almost had it... Idle is 1300 +/- 100 rpm... get that set right and see how you go.

You don't have to disconnect the pc, just save you current map and load a zero map...

Sorry for the noobish question, I know I should do a search, but I'm just looking for a quick answer and since we're already on topic...

I bought the bike with the PC already so I don't even know how to really use it. I've seen the maps online but not sure how to save or transfer them. The PC I'm using looks like it requires a micro USB connector. Do I need anything special to use the PC?

Definitely not normal. Like already suggested, you can just check the idler and make sure it's not turned all the way down. Other then that, could very well be a bad mapped PC. A friend of mines bike did something very similar after pumping some bad gas into his bike as well.

My bike did the same thing when I first purchased it. Adjusted the idle knob and bam! fixed. No further issues, no money spent!
