Turn signals hardwired on???

i have an 06 600rr and the guy i purchased the bike from put some big cheesy turn signals on the front and drilled into the tail and put 2 more on the back so im gonna buy 4 flush mounts and put them on but the only prob i think he hard wired them to stay on constantly. When you hit the blinkers they blink but are just always on it looks horrible. what should i do??
