front brakes and rotors need service or repl?? need advice

hey guys notice a few things after my accident check out the black streaks? on the rotor. is this a normal wear and tear on the front brake pads??



the bike has 25k and the oem pads still have meat on them i can still see the middle seperation. any suggestions i would appreciate thx guys

Looks like a rotor to me mate....

If you can see the centre bit of the pads then they are still good...

As for the rotors, get yourself a micrometer (vernier callipers aren't accurate enough) and measure their thickness. They need to be at least 3.5mm on the front and 4.0mm on the rear.

awesome thanks nico! ill go pick up a micrometer today maybe ill have an excuse to get some wicked wave rotors lol

Look fine to me. As long as there are no deep scores or grooves in the disc, they're not beyond minimum thickness and not warped, the discs should be good.
