Question Power commander issue

So i have an 03-04 with a power commander and moty battery.
The bike used to start fine, but when i went to start it today the power commander green light doesn't scroll. All the bike does is crank but doesn't engage. Tried jump starting it too.

I noticed that the power commander is not turning on.

I had a 9v adapter for the power commander and plugged that it and it comes on fine with the green lights. When i unplug the 9v battry and try again it's the same issue - not light on the power commander.

It has to be the power going to the PowerCommander right?

On a side note, my MOTY battery was dead and i attached a trickle charger to it while still on the bike. Could that fry the power commander? (cause it was still connected to the battery too)

THANKS!!

no that wont fry the PC i charge my battery almost every night with the PC hooked up. check all the connections. it is possible that something is loose or shorting out and killing the battery.
