Weird Sound @ low RPM / engine braking

My bike: 2005 CBR 600rr

I have 520 conversion -1/+2 Chain sproket set
K&n Air filter
Jardine slipon
PC3

Problem: I have recently brought my bike in for a valve adjustment @ 33k miles... after the adjustment, bike rode so much smoother and starts on a dime. only problem is there is a weird sound when i engine brake @ turns or @ stops w/ or w/o clutch in... around 2-3k RPM... the only thing i can relate to the sound is a bearing when you spin a skateboard wheel. this happens ONLY when RPM goin down no sound when accelerating... even my mechanic cant pinpoint what the problem is...

anyone had this happen to you or have an idea where the problem might be?
