2005 RR crank no run

So I jumped a hill with my bike after I found some loose gravel. Gear saved my life, strong believer now.

I had to jump it off to get it start and it smoked quite a bit so I took the air filter out and cleaned the oil off it and from the air box. That resolved that issue. It ran for a while then died, I got it to fire back up and it died again.

I can't hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on so I think that my be my problem, because it still turns over just wont fire.

I'm guessing its either the pump fuse or relay (I don't know where either of those are since I don't have a service manual). Or the pump its self good be done for.

It just seems like to much of a coincidence for it to die off after running so there might be a deeper problem.

Any advice?

And yes it has good gas in it.

Thanks

Did you remove the bas at all? If you did you could have re installed it upside down,
i had the same problem and it turned out to be an upside down bas.

I did remove the head light assembly. I've read up on the BAS and will make sure its upright when I try to crank it again.

Thanks
