Proton install problem

So, I finally got around to installing my Protons today from the last GB. Everything went smooth as this was my second time installing these lights. I turned the ignition on to make sure they were working properly. The left side works perfectly (running light and flasher), the right side running light doesn't work at all and when the flasher is turned on you can barely see it blinking (it's very dim). Any ideas what might cause this? I soldered the connections and taped them with electrical tape. I tried calling HighTech Speed, but they are closed on sat and sun. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
Tim

Sounds like the ground wire isn't soldered properly.
