Please help, bike will not start

I'm new to this site and I'm not sure this is in the right forum or not but I need help! I have a 2004 Honda cbr 600rr I just put new spark plugs in, the battery is new. I check all fuses and there all good. The bike keeps winding like it wants to start but just can't get to that point. I can also here the relay making that clicking noise so that's in good shape. If you have any ideas that would be awesome!! Thanks

Is the fuel pump priming? You can usually hear it when you just turn the key. If not, check the underseat fuse, or the BAS (bank angle sensor)

And the proper section should be troubleshooting ;)

Current bikes:
2004 CBR600RR (daily rider, to be raced)
2006 CRF450R
1973 CG150 (off road, future restoration project)
1971 CB100 (being restored)
2006 BWS50 Zuma
Bikes of my (recent) past:
2004 Honda Ruckus, completely built, 55mph on the flats, 60 downhill and/or drafting
2007 Kawasaki Ninja 250
2004 Yamaha R6

CBR600RR Mods:
BMC race filter
Jardine slip on
8987 PENSKE triple adjustable shock
STM slipper clutch
Power Commander III

Gear up or go home!!

Thanks I saw that forum now, I did press them in good. And the fuel pump is priming, I checked all fuses, even the ones under the seat and the one in the relay!

Did you check to make sure your cut off switch is in the right position?

Even if the battery is new, is it charged? Are all the electronics coming on when you turn the key to on? Are you getting any codes on the display indicating an issue?

If the answer to those are good to go, then I would make sure all connections are installed correctly on the wiring under the tank cover(ECU, etc.).

Thanks to everybody that was trying to help me, I figured out what was wrong with my bike tonight!! Somehow the ground wire for the relay on the fuel pump came undone. I couldn't trace it to where it was disconnected so I just spiced it and ran a new one and everything is working great!!! Thanks everybody

We're all so happy now! The kid has us on the ropes, but now he's okay! Joy to everyone, another CBR is on the road again!!
