Tons of new electronics but one small problem!

1: Installed a new akrapovic full titanium race exhaust. ever since i took of the valve infront of the cat pipe i get a error code. f1 i think. i plug the valve back in it goes away.

2: Just installed a power commander v, dyno jet auto tuner, and the lcd display for the pcv. my throttle postion on the power commander says its at 96%. This is happening when the throttle is at closed position 0%.

ANY IDEAS.. the bike is a 08 Honda CBR 600rr. Thaniks!!!

ive figured everything out.. there are only two ways to get the light out. one is to hook back up the resistor valve and unhook the cables or to use a sams servo plug. and the other problem is that my friend didnt hook the pcv into the TPS. he had it hooked somewhere else. i chased everything down and all is right now. Thanks for the comments though.
