Fuel pump not priming

:(

I have an 07 CBR600RR

Just replaced the right clip on with a new kill switch.

New BAS sensor has shipped and is on the way.

What else could it be?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you replacing these parts thinking they're the reason for the fuel pump not priming?

Can you give us some more info mate?

What mods have been done to the bike?
Had you been doing any work to the bike when it stopped working?
What testing have you done to try find the problem?

Well it all started when I wrecked my bike.

When the accident occured the following items were damaged:

-right clip on destroyed
-radiator dented
-headlights
-mirrors
-front fairing
-front fairing stay
-rear tail section cracked
-upper side fairings cracked
-tank dented
-muck underneath seat in battery tray
-gauge cluster damaged. It turns on and still displays everything appropriately HOWEVER; the right signal is stuck on - it's not flashing, it is simply remaining illuminated, but the left signal still flashes.

Since then I have assessed the bike several times and it appears that there is no damage to the engine.

Mods are simple and not much at all:

-proton flushmounts
-integrated LED tail light
-no cut frame sliders
-bar end sliders
-swing arm spools

At this point I have:
-checked and cleaned every fuse in the fuse box with rubbing alcohol
-reinstalled the BAS sensor
-cleaned out fuel pump relay and replaced fuse (just in case, didn't appear blown)
-replaced right clip on with fully functional clip on

When attempting to start the bike the bike cranks just fine, however the fuel pump doesn't do it's usual high pitched "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" sound to prime.

I have tried with the throttle open, the kickstand up, the clutch in, killswitch on start, rolling it. Lifted the tank up, fuel pump appears to be fine. Just performed an oil change before the crash, and had a fresh tank of gas (93 octane), this is not a track bike.

Idk what else to do - I am completely open to suggestions and I'm eager to find out what the issue is.

As the bike now stands - there is no coolant in the radiator, flushmounts are off, fairings are off, headlights are off, cluster is attached, cluster reads Fi and the HSBC or whatever stabilizer acronym.

HESD...

And ok, we now have a good bit more to go on...

Your bike won't prime until you have that new BAS in or have it bypassed. It cuts power to the fuel relay.

There is a diy on bypassing the BAS if you want to give that a go for now, if you can't find it let me know...

And tell us how you go with the bike mate!

My bike was having fuel pump issues as well.

It ended up being a faulty ignition switch.

However, it was also thouht it could have been relays, zenior diode, wire harness continuity, and worse of all ECM.

Try those and check my old thread for other peoples advice
