07rr with low rpm misire

Posting this for my brother.

After I did the ERG delete, exhaust valve delete, and air box mod..
It runs fine until the bike gets reallyyy warmed up (after about 20-30 min of riding) then I noticed when I was cruising on the highway at about 6500 rpms that the motor starts to misfire. The bike loses significant power down low and sounds like a ninja 500. If I crack the throttle wide open the rpms slowly increase until about 7000 rpms and then the bike snaps back to normal. If the rpms drop then the bike starts acting up again.

If the bikes cold - it runs fine. After a good 20-30 mins of riding -- acts up.

Ideas?

Powercommander plugs?
Map sensor?

Plugs would misfire under load more so then cruise.. same goes for coils...

Injectors? I'm just throwing ideas out there..
