Click noise from rear brake

Hey guys, I have searched all over this website, even contacted the local dealerships here in town. While braking and normally under 15 mph. The rear brake clicks extremely loud. It only clicks once. Basically sounds like the rear pads are shifting. I can accelerate. Then come to a stop again and the same noise will happen. Rear brake pads are in great shape. The rear brake is in the slot in the swing arm. Now I took the rear brake apart the other day just for my amusement. I can physically move the caliper back and forth and get the same sound. It seems like the lower slide pin is not big enough and allowing the caliper to move. Has anybody else have any problem like this before?
