Radiator Fan wire connector and wont go into neutral..?

Hey guys, when i bought my bike the guy had removed the radiator so i had to get a new one with fan. Now that i have the radiator with fan mounted up, i cant seem to figure out where the wire from fan connects to? Does anyone have a picture? I looked at a diagram from bikebandit but couldnt figure it out. Also, the bike has been sitting for several months, i tried putting it into neutral but it wont budge. What could be wrong? Please help a fellow rider out! Im trying to get this bike rolling!

Roll the bike to change the gears as far as the connector it comes off the harness above the fan iirc

The bike has been sitting for months, could it be the oil needs to be flushed?
