Another not starting issue 05cbr600rr

Hate to start another thread on this one,
But not all cases are the same and I'm not getting answer I'm after on similar posts
I have a 05 cbr600rr,
A couple of weeks ago the battery started losing life and after having to clutch start a couple of times I replaced the Battery.
Earlier this week when starting it was struggling, 2 days later battery flat. I road my by bike to work and had to clutch it no worries! On the way home in the dark the head lamp blew.
I'm not an auto-electrician but by that stage alarm bells were ringing. When I got home I took battery out put rectifiers/ regulators and stators and how to test them.
In the morning I put battery back in bike and it fired up nicely, but I didn't have multimeter to do any further tests. So I go to work buy one on the way the home. Put the multimeter on the battery it reads 13.4v, go to start it and it turns over and no love.
Fuel primes up, all the fuses are good (behind lhs fairing and the 2 behind the battery)
I live on a slight hillside so I tried clutch starting it with no luck both using 2nd & 3rd gear. It did once back fire

So i here's my conclusions
  1. Battery draining and blown headlamp means: Rectifier/ regulator needs replacing
  2. It backfired and pump goes so it's getting fuel
  3. Tested stator and it showed up nil resistance
  4. No spark
My question is, where do I go next before going to mechanics and parting with money I don't have?
And also are my assumptions correct?
Any help would be great, me and my Cbr have had a great relationship up until now and I just want things back to way they were

Took Battery back to shop to have it tested, although it had full charge when they load tested it it failed. New battery installed still not starting, I have also ordered a new R/R. From my understanding which could be way off bike should still start with faulty R/R

Does the bike turn over when you hit the starter? did the bike get knocked over in between batteries? (i know that's unlikely, but it could be your BAS going bad.) other than mechanical stuff like, making sure all wires have good connections, starter, etc i might not be much help.

try PM'ing NICO, from what i can tell he is a god when it comes to electrical problems. especially with 03-06's Good luck, hopefully it's something stupid and really easy/cheap to fix

The Last time i started it was parked in garage, after recharging battery. I left it there came back with a multimeter to see what it was doing when running and it wouldn't start. The bike has never been dropped. It turns over and I have also tried rolling down hill and dropping clutch no luck.

Bike started,
After reading through a post from Nico, it made me think it was flooded.
I hooked bike up to car battery with jumper leads, turned it over with 10second bursts giving the starter some rest.
It finally fired up after starting with throttle full open and slowing closing it to about half way it caught on.
I just can't believe it was flooded, it has never done that before.
Now I can test the R/R
