Where to hook up led license plate light?

I recently bought FE kit and it was by TST. My question is since I have the stock wires plugged into the integrated tail light, I have no other wires for the license light now and where do I solder to or hook it to?

You can tap into the stock wires in the tail section.

I figured I can tap in, but I don't know what wires? I don't want my license plate light to glow brighter when u hit the brakes. I need to know constant power but not brake voltage if that makes sense?

Here's a video from the company:
But can't watch it here through our firewall so not sure if it covers the plate light. I know the front turn signals have 3 lines (1's an always on), but I think the tail turns have only 2 (trying to recall), if someone doesn't chime in I'll look in the morning at how many are connected. My FE was all integrated.

Thanks sincalirider. You sure it's those two wires?

It's a 09 cbr 600rr

I think the different years are different colors.

Should be, I don't see why they would change the color of the wires from 08 to 09.

I just ran the wire for my light up into the fuse box. I put the positive wire with the headlight fuse and the negative on the battery itself. It works just as it should and I didn't have to splice any wires.
