clutch issues

So I just changed my clutch fibers less then 1000 miles ago and I am dead in the water again. What would be causing this problem. I soaked the new fibers overnight, I didn't replace the steels,I am going to lose my mind any suggestions

I changed them. I put the new ones in just like the old ones came out.

Hopefully Nico or someone will chime in.. almost sounds to me like a shifter fork maybe damaged in there, or the basket itself maybe scortched cause the new one to wear out prematurely?
