Headlights wont turn on

so i have a 04 that has a headlight problem.... they dont turn on

I found out its a wire that comes off in the start/kill housing so i sounder'd it
back (not the best at it i have to say huge hands dont help) but it keeps coming loose and its gotten to the point were it comes loose every ride.

any tips on getting around it or a permanent fix?

i have the same problem here. Red wire comes loose. I did re-solder it about 2 years ago, and it just broke off again about a week ago. There is nothing to do there but to solder it back for good and make sure that you position wire with the right angle under the metal plate which covers those 3 wires.
It is 2 ppl job: one soldering and one holding wire.
