scratches at speedmeter after washing

hi!Just a few days ago!i do the most stupid thing in my life!i washed my bike with an inappropriate sponge!after washed my bike i noticed that the speedmeter had a lot of scratces and was dome.Do you have any idea how i can repair it??i am attaching a photo to see it.

a cutter and polish might do the trick, if u have any friends that detail cars tell them to let u use m205 with a white lake county pad

this is for metallic surfaces.could do job to my speedmeter?

I have used Mothers Plastic Polish to remove swirl marks and sratches in an old windscreen I had. I would try that.

Nu Finish Scratch Doctor. I have the same scratches and i used this multiple times. It doesn't fix it perfectly, but i does a good job hiding it.
