Question about this: Is that the stock height position for the tree to be at on the front tubes? Right at that machined line on the top of the tub? Or is stock height all the way up to the brim?

48 views and nobody could simply look at their bike and say "at the line" or "flush with top"

It's at the machined line. There's also a ring that prevent the clipons from dropping down.
