Stay bracket and fairings

hey everyone,

I have a 2003 600rr and i was experiencing lining up issues of the fairings on my bike. After further inspection i saw that the front fairing was not straight and off more to the left hand side leading to the lining up issues.
The front fairing lines up perfectly with the 4 bolts on the stay bracket this is why i was wondering if maybe it was the stay bracket to the nubs on the frame which could be bent. Any opinions would be appreciated as to resolving this problem, i have taken a few pictures to try and illustrate the problem as best as possible.

This might be off topic, but was it hard swapping out your old forks for inverted forks?

No it's not hard.... There's plenty of how-2 threads. I did it myself. Simple...
