06 Gear Shift Neutral Problem

I just changed the bolt that keeps the kickstand on a pivot and keeps the gear shift in place. At first all was good. Couple days later I can't get my bike into neutral while its running.

Side note.. My engine is still pulling me when I'm holding the clutch all the way in.

Thanks in advance!

Does the shifter at the engine ( what the rod actually bolts to) move in and out? This kinda happened to my Friends bike, he couldn't shift at all, seems something went on the inside and the actual shift mechanism moves inwards not allowing a mechanical connection to be made, we remedied that with some hose and to hold it out

Readjust your clutch. The adjustment at the clutch housing is the one you need to tighten, it's a far bit stronger than the one at the bar...

You will likely find that your clutch cable has stretched, they do this when they are getting a bit older, at some point it may just snap off all together.
