Exclamation UFO Tail light wiring help

I got one of the UFO integrated tail lights for my bike and need help with the wiring.

I removed my turn signals and am left with the positive and ground wire from the bike to the turn signals. On the UFO control box, it only has the positive wire. What do I do with the green ground wires from the stock rear turn signal?

When I plug it in positive-to-positive, the rear integrated turn signal flashes fine. But the front signal doesn't flash and the indicator on the dash doesn't flash either. It stays a solid yellow.

Any suggestions?

You need to install inline resistors on the turn signal circuit. The UFO controller manages the flashing in the integrated taillight - this is why the integrator seems to flash normally. However, the rest of your system is still relying on the resistance that your original rear turn signals provided, but no longer do.

If your kit did not come with resistors you can pick some up at Radio Shack. 10 Ohm 20 Watt is what the CA lights ship with.

Hey Mike! Yup, I'm still around. I usually do a lot of lurking now but still ride often.

So I can take the old rear blinkers out and just use the integrator? Where exactly would I attach the resistor?
