Bike dosn't start

Here is what happened.

I installed a PC3USB last week. I double check all connections and tested the bike after the install. Everything worked perfectly. I took the bike for a run and put it back in storage. The fuel was previously mixed with stabilizer. I disconnected the battery.

This week I was screwing around with the settings on the PC3USB and the battery drained on the bike. I put the bike battery on 750mA charge and then attempted to start the bike today (nice weather suprise). The engine kept turning over and over and over, then I heard a plump plump, then over and over again. the plump plump noise produced some exhaust, but that's all I got until the battery died.

Why is my bike all of a sudden not starting???

Facts:
-FI made a noise and the dash indicated it was active when i turned the key...
-I'm running a Scorpio Alarm with an Ignition cut-Off Module. The alarm was off.
-the PC3USB was connected to the computer at the time. As the engine attempted to start, I saw the rpm gauge indicate ~900-1300 on my laptop.
-I had recently uploaded the stock map onto the PC3USB and the settings were all at default.

It seems like my bike is not getting any fuel???

Anybody know what's cooking over here???

try #2

I just recharged my battery and still no go. Is it normal that you don't have more than ~25-30 seconds of starting time on a fully-charged battery???
