break light stuck on

What would cause my break light to be on with out me squeezing or steping ont he break?

Yes it's fast. And no you cant ride it!

check out the spring that is by the rear brake lever

yeah they are adjustable so you can even make it easier to turn on or harder to turn on

are you sure its just not the running light? i didn't notice to much of a distinction between the two when installing my rearsets and making sure it works.

Most likely the rear brake switch needs adjusting. Plastic nut above rear brake pedal.

yea mine is stuck on as well, but i think mins cuz my smart bro didnt route the wiring properly after we installed my arata slip-on. and the wire touched the midpipe...burned thru the lil plastic covering jobbie and into the wire some
