I tried and figured I could break the bulb to get it out but getting in a new one was going to be a challenge. I gave up and bought some new ones since they like $10 and I wanted a change in style anyway.

I have the 3'd one on the left (smoked) YES you can replace the bulbs and yes they do twist out just like any other bulb the only difference is that they are so small and there is very little space so it does take a little patience and some small needle nose pliers. just take your time and you can change them out without a problem.....it's harder getting them in then it is taking them out though....
