Fairing Removal

To take off the side fairings, do the lower ones have to come off?

no again, but you may find the whole process easier for the first time, i know i did.

once you get the hang of lock-tabbing the side front to the lower front, you'll get the picture.

just remember to buy extra "well-nuts", those rubber coated nuts which seem to dissapear and also break up.

Those "well-nuts", are those universal from bike to bike or would I have to get those specifically from the Honda Stealership? I recently took off my mids too but cant find all of those little well nuts.

Get dzus fasteners... they are well worth the money. You will eventually get tired of playing with those.
