back firing

hey guys
Well, My 05 CBR600RR just started to back fire today, I have no idea why...i didnt change anything on it. It seems to do it mostly in 1st and 2nd gear, but its consistant when i am riding.
I have a
Arata slip-on
PCIII USB
removed my pair valve and emissions stuff.
I also installed a o2 sensor plug, and i have dan kyle pair valve covers.

ok, i removed my PCIII USB, and the bike still back fired, I then reinstalled the PCIII and it ran fine, so i went for a short 3 mile ride to make sure it was ok, but about 2.5 miles later it started to back fire again, i think i need to try a new map??

t happens under accleration and steady throttle, but not under deacelleration

the bike is warmed to 120 before each ride

any ideas?

Quit putting gun powder in your gasoline. LOL........Haven't a clue on this one. Other than a diferent map. Did you have your bike maped, or are you using one off the P/C website? If you haven't had it maped professionally I would try that.
