Question Possible Bent Fork?

Could my fork be bent? when i loosened all the bolts on the clamp...the right fork wouldnt move without force...the scratches are the mark of how far it would unspring. while prying the lower clamp to try and free it, but no luck..doesnt want to come out. managed to get it back to where it should be. it still travels smooth if i compress it.
So either a new lower clamp/steering stem/outer housing/inner tube, or completely new fork?

i would take the forks out and examine them... if the look straight and spin around then it doesnt mean there straight but you know there kinda working... do both springs compress and rebound??? if you need a fork for replacement parts let me know or if you wann buy two new ones i have them.... did you loosen the upper tree and the clip on-s too??? i used a rubber mallet and taped lightly on the top of mine to get them out....
