left side is low beam, right side stays off.
right side will come on when you switch to high beams (both headlights on).

Yeah, you will always have the left one on, but the high beam switch activates both of them. Not to steal your thread, but can anyone let me know if is there a mod you can do to make it so they are both always on and then just get brighter for high beams. Cause it looks a little goofy with just one on imo.

well the bulbs are the same brightness (so to speak) the only difference is the highbeam side (right) is pointed upwards more.... so technically you could you a relay to make both light come on at the same time but the highbeam switch would be usless

guy this has been talked about more than numerous times. use the search feature at the top of the page. it will help a lot without getting yelled at for not using it.
p.s. i learned that the hard way too!

+1...jus leave the highbeam switch on. no need to modify the switch. waste of time.

baba600rr....the right light has a different housing, same shape different reflector setup. if you look at both housings....you will see the difference.
