Only left side flush mount shuts off

Ok guys I made everything work which is right side flush mount and integrated tail light with turn signals. However when I turn on left side signal tail light works but for some reason flush mount shuts off and won't blink. On the gage too I can't see the arrow that supposed to be on and blinking. Every wiring was same. Now I'm stuck.

My first thought is that you've got the left flushmount wired as the running light instead of the blinker. But in your photo it looks like you've wired both the running and the blinker wires to the same lead?

Yes with 1n5400 diodes both running and blinker light works as right side of flush mount works. But for some reason only left side won't work. It shuts off like my turn signal fuse is blown
