Which is which side collar on the front wheel?

I swear I marked the side collars when I took the front wheel off but I can't find the mark. Which is the right (throttle) and the which is the left(clutch lever)?

wonder if I can take this as true? To me it looks like the big collar one is on the throttle side.

I know this is an old thread, but I need some help. Seems to me that the rotors have the directional arrow on them as the opposite of the service manual. So does this mean the the arrows on the rotors are backwards? I need some help as the front wheel is off as we speak, and I need it on asap. And if the arrows are not directional arrows, and something else, then my tire is on backwards and I need it rotated. Thanks

EDIT: Nevermind, I just switched the two sliders. I'm an idiot and didn't know I could take out the "smaller" slider without the lip on it
