tail fairing....

so uh i just put on my slip on.... but i can't figure out how to get the tail fairing back on.... should i just force it on????? yes i know dumb question...

make sure it clears the outer edge of the battery tray
that is the part that will hold you back a bit its easier
when done one side at a time

slid it from the back line up the front part first
then pull it down grab one side and make sure it
clears the battery tray edge then do the other side
and finally push the whole tail from the back

does the tail light come off with the fairing.. on my r6 it didn't but it looks like it wants to come off on my 04 rr.. sorry just got my rr and don't want to break the tail...

yeah the tail light comes off with it. It has some screws to hold it inplace so you dont have to worry about comming off the fairing.

ight. when i was trying to pull off the fairing i heard a little cracking. just wanted to make sure. the tail on my r6 is so ez to take off.
