tail/brake light

It has been a while since I looked, but I am certain that the brake light is also supposed to serve as a tail light. I checked the three wires leading into it, and no power. Theonly time there is power is when I apply the brakes. I looked at the wiring diagram, but could not figure out what I am missing. Is there a fuse for that or maybe something else wrong?

Thanks

Yeah, I know it says I live in Ohio but have a Texas flag...Ohio by military, Texan by heart.

Yea I believe there is a fuse for it, located under the left fairing, you dont have to take it off, but you gotta remove some of the clips//bolts... if that dosent work, then maybe a wire is pinched somewhere...well good luck..
