Help! Turn signal problem

I need help fellas. My left turn signal has went out and I have less than 30 days to take my endorsement test.

My right turn signal work fine, the left does nothing at all when you press the button. When I first got my bike it worked fine, then it would work for about 10 seconds after engaging it, then it would go out. It would fizzle out like that for about a week and now it does nothing at all.

All my bulbs are fine and such.

Has anyone else had this problem? What could this be?

take a volt meter and check the plug on the left side (the big plug that powers the whole front end) of the bike to see of the main harness plug is getting power.

sounds like you may have a bad or corroded connection on the left side as the problem has got worse over time.

Clean the plugs and the switch contacts.
