Bike Wont Start After Crash

Hey guys, my friend dumped his 2011 600rr a few days ago cracking the clutch cover and doing some fairing damage. So he got a new engine cover and we put it on, filled it back up with oil and it wouldn't start. We got code 19 on his fi light. When we put the engine cover on I made sure to check the sensor in there, and it wasn't damaged or put on wrong. Any and all suggestions to what may be wrong are greatly appreciated!
