Exclamation oil leak from the right side crankcase?

Hey guys so 2008 cbr600rr here,

I'm a little confused as to why this might be.. perhaps the gasket?
common problem? easy fix?? any causes that come to mind?

but I have a very slow drip/leak of oil coming from the area highlighted in red below

there is an o-ring under there. It is not uncommon for there to be a small bit of oil behind the cap (reason for the o-ring in the first place). Check to see if the o-ring might have been pinched or damaged by whoever took the cap off last, or if it is even there still. If there is a large amount of oil behind that cap, you might have a different sort of problem.
