Problems starting bike

Ok guys I really need some help here.
2004 cbr 600rr , with a newly installed 2005 600rr motor.
now I can not get the bike to start.
I turn the key to the on position, and the lights come on. The gauges light up but no display of mileage, gas, and the tac doesnt jump like I think it is supposed to.
Also I dont hear the fuel pump kick on when I turn on the bike? I hit the start button and the relay kicks but no attempt from the motor to kick over.

What is the problem?

I know its not the bank angle sensor, it is on the right way I ahve already checked that.

If I apply straight power to the lead coming off the starter the bike starts turning, but does not kick over.

Please help!

If you can make the starter crank by connecting it directly you should check the kickstand, the switch behind the clutch lever, put the bike in neutral and the "N" light is on the guage. You might also want to check that the tail light works and the brake light too.

After you get power to the starter it sounds like you might have the same problem in this post, power to everything but no fuel.

I dont have the tail lights or blinkers hooked up, do I need these hooked up to start the bike?

Is there a fuel pump fuse? if so where is it located?

The blinkers are not needed but from what I can remember you need the tail light hooked up. I had this issue when I put in my FE.
