No Power to Instrument Cluster - Lights Working

Hey guys,

Brought my 2003 CBR600RR out of its winter corner today and the instrument cluster doesn't seem to have power anymore. I changed out the front fairing over the winter because the old one had a crack in it, but all of the lights work (headlights, turn signals, brakes, etc) so I don't think I missed any connections. Saw some other threads were it was just a fuse, but I checked the fuses under the left middle fairing and they all look good. Any ideas?

Also the bike sounds like its turning over just fine, but just doesnt start ... not sure if these are related.

Thanks

Yeah that would make sense - just trying to check if there's anything else I might be missing before I pull it apart ... again.

whelp, definitely just forgot to connect that when i was putting it back together. that was easy. however, bikes not starting now ... battery is good, has fuel, spark plugs were changed last year so they better be good - so begins the troubleshooting
