Clicking

Have a clicking noise comming from the front. It does at slow speed like from a stop to about 15-20mph. I have eliminated the drive system as it's fine on a stand. Have spun the front wheel can't hear anything there. Any one have any other suggestions before I take it to the shop.

I'm going to guess you have a tight link in the chain. I know you said you checked it on a stand but set her down and push it in neutral.

The click is not consistent. Like I can do 10 it's could be here or there or it could be constant.

Only does it when it's running so Im pretty sure it's a bad tensioner

a click is not a bad tensioner. the death rattle when you chop the throttle is a bad tensioner.

you said the clicking was coming from the front. is it?

Sound like it it but it only does it when it's running and on take off. You can.push around till.your hair falls off. A friend of mines bike did the same exact thing he had a bad tensionior
