Talking Front Brake????

I recently bought a 600rr a month or two ago from a buddy of mine that hit a deer (70mph - he's ok and on another 600rr) well back to my problem: the front brake- when i pull the brake in it is like there is nothing there, after pumping it a few times it begins to work. i have to pump it 6-10 times before it starts working every time i come to a stop. now what i was wondering was do i need a master cylider rebuild or could it be not working because the rotors are bent. the rotors are bent but not that bad were i can't still ride. they are a bit noisy when they go round and round so they are bad enough. i have new rotors on the way will that fix the problem?

P.S I already properly bled the front brakes so i know its not it
thanks Jake
