cbr not starting

05 cbr battery is charged, fresh fuel, kill switch on run position. It cranks but just won't start.

Before storage it used to have loss of power after riding for long drives until one day it basically lost all power and barely would drive. Then I put it in storage and now trying to start it.

I changed the fuel pump as well but didn't help. I smell fuel in the throttle bodies but not sure what else to look for.

There is a way for you to check your fuel flow. I looked it up in a service manual but I'm sure you can google it. Before you put it into storage you could have had something clogging a fuel line and after sitting for months on end it could have hardened and now blocking all of the fuel line. Or possibly a bad fuel pump relay. Just an idea.
