Power Cut under heavy load

Getting a violent cut in power under heavy load.
Throttle completely cuts out around 6-7 rpm when there is more than 50% throttle applied. Throttle gets choppy and won't accelerate past said rpm.
-revs to high rpm fine in neutral
-no problems with freeway cruising around 8-9k (with light throttle application)
- no check engine lights
-battery just fully charged
08 600rr 19k miles
-power commander V
-Annitori quickshifter
-Full exhaust
-valves never adjusted
-original spark plugs

Any input is greatly appreciated
Cheers!

Disconnect the power commander and try again. After that do the same with the qs.

Got around to unplugging the quickshifter and that has solved the problem.
She's back to running like a raped ape.
Thanks wibbly!
