Front brakes.

Hey guys having a issue with my front brakes. Pads are good new wheel new tire but when I use the front brake I get publishing in a up and down motion. When I get to slow speeds it feels like catches releases and catches hard. I cleaned the rotors last weekend . Was gonna try cleaning the pistons next weekend but I'm thinking warped rotors. Any insight? Thanks

We need more info.

What year is the bike? Also if it's 09+ does it have ABS?

Did you sand the rotors before installing new pads?

Brake fluid flush?

I cleaned the rotors after the new pads were on. When I put the new pads on they were found for 2k miles. Brake flush was at the same time of pad change.
